TreeClimb is Adelaide's first inner-city, nature-based aerial adventure park. It offers 8 elevated tree top courses - including zip lines, a Tarzan swing and a rock climbing wall! - All set within Kurrangga Park in the Adelaide City Park Lands.

TreeClimb caters to groups of all sizes, 7 days a week, all year round!

For those who don't want to climb or need a treat pre or post climb, there is a cafe serving Grab'n'Go food and a selection of hot and cold drinks.

An unforgettable adventure awaits with this exhilarating adventure across Adelaide Oval's iconic roofline. Enjoy picturesque views of the city and beyond before testing your nerve if you choose, with a lean out point 50 metres above the ground. Take your pick from a twilight climb, sparkling city lights at night or daytime views as far as the eye can see. A must-do for all visitors and without a doubt the best way to see and learn about Adelaide!

Haigh's Chocolate Factory

At Haigh's Chocolates Visitor Centre you can enjoy special chocolate tastings, see chocolates being made and discover the heritage behind Haigh's, Australia's oldest family-owned chocolate maker.

Established in 1915, Haigh's is now in its fourth generation. The family-owned company makes more than 250 products at its Parkside factory five minutes drive from Adelaide city centre. Take a free guided viewing tour to learn the history of Haigh's and how they make premium quality chocolate from cocoa beans sourced from plantations around the world.

Tours run for approximately 20 minutes. Please contact the Visitor Centre via Haigh's website for tour times and to make a booking, which is essential.

Factory is not fully operational on Saturday or Monday. The tour is mainly verbal with a video showing the making of chocolate.

Aviation Museum

The South Australian Aviation Museum has 27 significant aircraft on display, including an F-111C, F/A-18A Hornet and Mk Vc Spitfire, all of them under cover in the display hangars.

Most of the aircraft have flown in South Australia at some point in their life and every one has a story and a history.

Visitors can enter the cabins of 7 of the aircraft. They also have an extensive display of aviation and aerospace related items on display.

One of the latest arrivals is the Ironbird, a full-scale model of the F-35A Joint Strike Fighter and was used by the Defense Science and Technology Organization (DSTO) to study the effects of electromagnetic compatibility and interference on the aircraft. There is only one of these in existence anywhere in the world, and they have it on display.

Botanic Gardens

Adelaide Botanic Garden is an oasis in the cosmopolitan heart of the city, featuring beautifully-landscaped gardens, majestic avenues and stunning architecture. Spanning 50 hectares, the historic garden (opened in 1857) features some of Australia's finest plant collections.

It is currently showcasing an awe-inspiring exhibition of glass sculptures created by world renowned artist, Dale Chihuly. Called Chihuly in the Botanic Garden, the outdoor exhibition is free to experience during the day, and open until 29 April 2025. Ticketed events include the mesmerising Chihuly Nights, and In Full Colour: Dale Chihuly - an additional collection of works in the rainforest conservatory.Other things to see include the magnificent Palm

House, First Creek Wetland, the Amazon Waterlily Pavilion, the Museum of Economic Botany and the Bicentennial Conservatory.
Also visit the award-winning Rose Garden, which blooms from October - April.

Enjoy a casual meal in the newly renovated Botanic Lodge overlooking the lake, or visit Evergreen Deli nestled in the beautiful Mediterranean Garden. The award-winning Restaurant Botanic offers a fine dining experience.

The Diggers Garden Shop offers a wide range of seeds, gardening books and garden wares, and North Lodge gift shop sells a range of products from jewellery to art, candles and soaps.

China Town

Set amongst the vibrant streets of the city’s Central Business District, the area is well-known for its world-famous international cuisine covering all parts of the globe. Here, you can browse stalls piled high with gourmet foods, Oriental treats, and street food stalls. In addition, there are plenty of five-star restaurants, cafes, and food courts to enjoy while visiting Chinatown.

Glenelg Beach

Glenelg Beach is Adelaide's most popular city beach, offering a buzzing vibe and great atmosphere for all to enjoy. Renowned for its wide beach, stunning sunsets, rich heritage and bustling shops, sidewalk cafés and loads of entertainment.

Take a dip, stroll the jetty, grab a bite to eat and watch the sunset over the ocean. No trip to the beach is complete without an ice cream or gelati - or two - and you'll find plenty of opportunities to treat yourself at Glenelg.

The Glenelg Foreshore Playground and Moseley Square are hives of activity throughout the warmer months, offering a huge range of family-friendly entertainment and sporting activities.
